We may use service providers (for example, hosting, DNS, and email) to operate our business. We only share information with providers when it is needed to deliver services, and only for that purpose.

We do not provide personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Some of our service providers may store or access information outside New Zealand.

Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in a way that is consistent with New Zealand privacy requirements.

You can ask us:

  • What personal information we hold about you
  • To access that information
  • To correct it if it is wrong

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies and analytics

We aim to keep tracking minimal.

If we use analytics, it is to understand basic site usage (for example, which pages are visited) so we can improve the site. Where possible, we configure analytics to reduce identifiability.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that some site features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

Privacy concerns and complaints

If you have questions or concerns about privacy, contact us first and we will try to resolve it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
